Payment by credit card is secure, and you receive your pre-sale ticket directly by email to the address you specify.
You will need to print out the pre-sale form or present it on your smartphone or tablet at one of the following exhibition venues: in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines: at the Théâtre, Espace des Tisserands or Espace Commercial, in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines: at Espace d’Expositions, in Lièpvre: at Espace d’Expositions or in Rombach-le-Franc, at Espace Raymond Hestin.
Reduced rates are not available on the online ticketing service. Online tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundedable.
Admission is free for children under 14 accompanied by an adult. Reduced rates apply to spot sales only, and are valid for disabled people and students, on presentation of proof of entitlement.
