Why buy a presale?
You’ll save precious minutes and enjoy a worry-free visit, by exchanging it for a wristband on arrival. Check on your ticket the list of venues where you can start your tour. Apart from VIP tickets, courses and seminars, visitor tickets are not subject to quotas, so you can also buy tickets on site if you need to.
Shopping area: free access to all booths
Entrance tickets are for the exhibitions only, i.e. the 17 magical venues that host over 1,000 works from all over the world every year. The shopping area where the sellers’ stands are located in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines is freely accessible during the 4 days of the event: take advantage of it for an exciting shopping trip, between two exhibitions, it is a must for all fans of thread arts.
Online ticketing information
Payment by credit card is secure, and you receive your pre-sale ticket directly by email to the address you specify.
Please remember to print the ticket or have it ready on your smarphone at one of the following venues (for visitor tickets): in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines: at the Theater, the Tisserands Hall or the Shopping Area, in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines: at the Exhibition Venue, in Lièpvre: at the Exhibition Venue or in Rombach-le-Franc, at the Raymond Hestin Hall. For classes and retreats, please present your ticket directly at the course venue. For VIP tickets, please refer to the instructions on the ticket.
Online ticketing is neither modifiable (no exchange for another ticket or another day) nor refundable.
Admission is free for children under 14 accompanied by an adult. Reduced fares, whether purchased online or on site, must be documented. They are valid for disabled people, 14-18 year-olds and students. Failure to provide proof will invalidate the ticket.
