The European Patchwork Meeting takes place in the Alsace region, in Eastern France. The exhibition sites are spread across the 4 villages that make up the Val d’Argent (Silver Valley) territory:Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines, Lièpvre et Rombach-le-Franc. Historic buildings, village halls and places of worship are the setting for 4 days of festivities dedicated to textiles and patchwork.

From Mulhouse or Strasbourg, take A35, exit 17, then RN59 towards Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines.
From Nancy or Saint-Dié, RN59 then via the Col de Sainte Marie or Maurice Lemaire tunnel (for a fee).
From Paris go to Strasbourg or Saint-Dié-des-Vosges:
– Train to Strasbourg: 25 daily round trips
– Train to St-Dié-des-Vosges: 1 daily round trip

From Alsace:
Take the TER train to Sélestat station, then the TER bus from the station to Sainte Marie aux Mines.
Check the TER bus timetable (line A20).
From Saint-Dié-des-Vosges:
Take the TER bus from the train station to Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines.

Free shuttles serve all 4 villages. They run continuously from 9 AM. to 6.30 PM, every 20 minutes or so.
