In this workshop, Galla will offer participants several composition options featuring curves and circles, from which they can choose.
Each person will be able to modify their layout and add figurative elements such as houses, flowers, or portraits.
This workshop invites creative freedom, artistic exploration, and careful attention to technique.
Galla will demonstrate how she works with individual pieces, and how to prepare complex shapes accurately and beautifully.
Students will then learn all the steps of the closed-edge appliqué technique and finish their piece with simple but effective quilting motifs.
Color choices are entirely up to each participant—everyone is free to work within their own personal palette!
