JongKyeong Lee

Jongkyeong Lee is a fiber artist from South Korea with over 20 years of experience in contemporary quilts, art quilts, and textile art.She serves as an Ambassador for Bernina Korea and is a certified Bernina Educator, specializing in machine quilting, long-arm quilting, and sewing techniques.Her work focuses on contemporary quilting and textile-based artistic expression, with a strong emphasis on exploring new materials and innovative techniques.She is particularly known for her use of wool felt and organza, which she combines to create layered, atmospheric compositions.Jongkyeong has exhibited her work internationally, with solo and group shows in the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Japan, and China.She has also taught extensively at major events including Carrefour, Sitges in Spain, and numerous workshops in Korea and Japan.Her teaching combines technical precision with an openness to experimentation, inviting participants to expand their creative language through textile art.
