France Patchwork

France Patchwork is the French quilting guild, with over 6,000 members. Founded in 1984 and still thriving thanks to its volunteers, its mission is to promote quilting and its various forms through competitions, Friendship Days, and a quarterly magazine: Les Nouvelles de France Patchwork.

The Jeunes Poussent group of France Patchwork, the French quilting guild, brings together members aged 5 to 18. This group explores all patchwork techniques across the country and abroad while fostering intergenerational connections.

Ina Statescu

The originality of Ina Statescu’s work, a well-known Franco-Romanian artist on the international scene, lies in her combination of various textile techniques, playing with materials, shapes, and colors, She has exhibited in several countries and has been teaching textile art since 1990.

Guldusi

Guldusi is a hand embroidery program launched in 2004, now enabling 200 women in Afghanistan to support their families.These embroideries, mainly integrated into patchworks, showcase the evolution of Afghan craftsmanship and its incorporation into European textile art through competitions—an artistic and intercultural exchange like no other.

Esther Delgado

Esther Delgado (Barcelona, 1964) is an artist skilled in graphic design, ceramics, and painting. Since 2010, she focuses on patchwork, creating realistic portraits of women exibing in Sitges, Birmingham, Houston, and Madrid.

Mattea Jurin

American-Italian, Mattea’s unique quilts have gained acclaim in juried global exhibits, including Quilt National ’25. Fearlessly blending upcycled fabrics, modern materials and unconventional techniques, she redefines storytelling and tradition.
