Des P’tits Bouts de Fils is an association created in August 2022. Following a reorganization of the ALC Méru association, to which the Patchwork section had been attached for 13 years, the activity had to be recreated elsewhere. The world of great textile artists has nourished and inspired all the little hands of “Des P’tits Bouts de Fils.” In all these works, there is the passion for patchwork and the friendship of encounters, where, accompanied and guided by its leader, Corinne Dupont, the quilters were able to give free rein to their sensitivity, which was expressed in the world of great artists. This work represents the social and fraternal bond that the encounters have maintained for years. Its leader, Corinne Dupont, and her students are happy to present this exhibition for the first time at the European Patchwork Meeting.
